FAQ
Questions
Do my pets need to be vaccinated?
Yes. Dogs need up-to-date vaccinations and kennel cough cover, and cats need their annual boosters. Bring the card on the first visit.
Can I stay while you groom?
Most owners drop off and collect. If your pet settles better with you there, tell us when you book.
What if my dog is nervous?
Tell us. We book longer slots, take breaks, and can start with a puppy intro to build trust.
How long will I wait?
A full groom takes about two hours. We text you when your pet is ready.
