We are a small practice that works with local shops, tradespeople, clinics and cafés. You deal with the same accountant every time, not a call centre.
Every client gets a written fee up front, and a short note each quarter on what to expect at tax time.

Do you work with sole traders?
Yes. About half of our clients are sole traders. We can also help you decide whether a limited company would suit you better.
Are your fees fixed?
For the packages above, yes. For one-off work we give you a written quote before we start.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We write to them for you, collect your records and tell you what needs catching up.
How do I send you my receipts?
Through a secure online folder, or by photo using the bookkeeping app. Please do not email documents or bank details.
