We are a small practice that works with local shops, tradespeople, clinics and cafés. You deal with the same accountant every time, not a call centre.
Every client gets a written fee up front, and a short note each quarter on what to expect at tax time.

- Do you work with sole traders?
- Yes. About half of our clients are sole traders. We can also help you decide whether a limited company would suit you better.
- Are your fees fixed?
- For the packages above, yes. For one-off work we give you a written quote before we start.
- Can you take over from my current accountant?
- Yes. We write to them for you, collect your records and tell you what needs catching up.
- How do I send you my receipts?
- Through a secure online folder, or by photo using the bookkeeping app. Please do not email documents or bank details.
