FAQ

Do you charge a call-out fee?: Our call-out is included in the fixed price we quote. Emergency after-hours visits have a separate call-out fee, which we tell you on the phone.
Are you registered for gas work?: Yes. Our gas fitters are Registered Gas Installers, and we give you a Declaration of Conformance for every gas job.
Can you give a quote over the phone?: For common jobs, yes. Send a photo through the form and we can usually give you a firm price.
